Job Description

Firework is a global start-up in high-growth mode. This role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders and content creation partners to develop, test, and optimize the content and messaging. This person will lead the development, execution, and assessment of innovative, results-oriented marketing initiatives, including B2B content marketing and digital marketing for the Japan market to maximize our inbound leads and opportunities.


Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

  • Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for the Mid-Enterprise segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Campaign Implementation:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand positioning.
  • Utilize innovative approaches to engage target customers through direct business flow and channel business flow.

Event Planning:

  • Plan and execute impactful events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads within the Mid-Enterprise sector.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes.

Lead Acquisition:

  • Play a central role in acquiring leads and fostering relationships with target customers.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to optimize lead generation processes.

Business Discussions:

  • Design and facilitate business discussions with potential clients, working closely with sales, channel, and advertising teams.
  • Showcase the value proposition of Firework's video commerce solutions during client interactions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including sales, channel, and advertising, to drive cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Actively participate in the launch of the Japan team and contribute to global expansion initiatives through effective communication with the global team.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of B2B Marketing: Experience in formulating and executing marketing strategies targeting Mid-Enterprise
  • Campaign Design: Experience in planning, implementing, and measuring the effect of marketing campaigns
  • Communication Skills: Smooth communication skills with sales teams and other departments
  • Data Analysis Skills: Ability to capture the effects of marketing activities in numbers and optimize them
  • Experience using digital marketing tools: Experience with CRM (example: Salesforce), email marketing tools (example: Mailchimp), automation tools (example: HubSpot), etc.
  • Lead Generation: Experience in formulating and executing strategies for acquiring high-quality leads
  • Project Management: Skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Teamwork: Attitude that values cooperation within and outside the team
  • Proficient in communication skills in Native Japanese & Professional English 

This role is on-site in our Tokyo office and we are looking for candidates in the Tokyo Area. Candidates outside the location are encouraged to apply though must be willing to relocate.
